There are a number of events happening this month for the UMW! You do not have to be a member of a UMW circle to attend, so please plan to come as you are able.
Tuesday, March 10th, 7:00 PM – Spring Luncheon Committee Meeting to plan our luncheon scheduled for May 2nd. Anyone who would like to be on the committee, please plan to attend this meeting. We will determine the menu, entertainment, decorations, door prizes and favors. Let’s plan a party and have some fun!!
Saturday, March 14th, 10:00 AM – UMW General Membership Meeting – Fellowship Hall. All women of the church are invited to attend this meeting, even if you don’t participate in a Circle. Bring a friend!
Wednesday, March 18th, 9:30 AM – Prayer Breakfast and Call to Prayer and Self-Denial Offering – Fellowship Hall. Our program is titled, “A Gesture of Gratitude” and focuses on new dimensions of welcoming and expressing hospitality to newcomers. We will also collect the Call to Prayer and Self-Denial offering. Each Circle is requested to donate a coffee cake, and each participant is asked to bring a cup or can of fruit for the fruit salad.
